1.Disassembly steps
Deep well pump disassembly is a complex and detailed work, need to follow strict steps. First of all, turn off the power and cut off the water source to ensure safety. Then, use the three-legged pulling rod and manual hoist to slowly lift the pump base together with the downhole part to a certain height. In this process, the use of clamping plate clamping water pipe, and gradually separate all levels of water pipe and pump body. When disassembling the impeller, use the casing against the small end of the tapered sleeve, and hammer the other end of the casing to separate the impeller from the tapered sleeve. During the whole disassembly process, the installation position and sequence of each component should be recorded in detail for subsequent assembly.
2.Maintenance points
The motor does not start: first of all, the insulation of the motor should be checked to see if it is qualified, if the insulation resistance is lower than 50 megohms, the motor may be damp or water ingress. In this case, it is necessary to disassemble the motor, replace the damaged parts and carry out drying treatment. If the insulation resistance is normal, it may be the cable or motor internal failure, need to further test and replace the corresponding accessories.
Small flow or low head: check whether the power supply voltage is stable, if the voltage is low, you need to adjust the power supply line. If the voltage is normal, it may be the motor coil local short circuit or impeller blockage. Need to use a multimeter to detect the actual motor current, if more than 80% of the rated current, then need to replace the motor coil. At the same time, you should check whether the impeller and screen are clogged, and clean up in time.
Pump body leakage: Pump body leakage may be due to the installation of the nut is not tightened or seal aging. For minor leakage, cement or asphalt oil can be applied to the leakage for temporary repair. If the leakage is serious, it is necessary to re-disassemble and replace the seals.
Abnormal vibration: The violent vibration of the deep well pump during operation may be due to the unbalance of the electric rotor, bearing wear or improper installation. It is necessary to check and adjust the rotor balance, replace worn bearings and reinforce the mounting bracket.
3.Assembly after repair
After repairs have been completed, the deep well pump should be assembled step-by-step as documented during disassembly. First, insert the pump shaft into the inlet pipe and install the gasket and mounting nut. Next, assemble the impeller and pump body at all levels in sequence and check whether the rotor axial runout meets the requirements. Finally, the transmission and motor parts are installed, and the electrical connection and sealing are processed.
